Any information provided by the applicant  will be held confidential.  CCT reserves the right to deny admission to any applicant, who in the
judgment of the Program Coordinator does not qualify for admission.
This is not a degree program.  Successful graduates will receive a certificate of completion recognized by the NH Board of Nursing. CCT
does not accept transfer credit nor allow for prior experience. CCT does not issue transfer credits as our courses are based on clock
hours, not credit hours.

The admissions procedures are the same for all applicants, without regard to age, race or ethnic origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation or
disability. CCT practices compliance with all EEO laws.

Transfer of Credit:  CCT does not issue transfer credits because our courses are based on clock hours not credit hours

Approvals: CCT is approved through the NH Board of Nursing and NH Department of Education Division of Educator Support and Higher
Education, Office of Career School Licensing

Programs shown on our website are complete with course descriptions, duration, and prices.

Any student who has a grievance with the school or an instructor should first discuss the problem with the instructor or school director. If a
resolution is not reached, the student should make a written complaint and submit it to the school director asking for a written response:

Each student has the right to assert against CCT or any assignee any claim or defense he or she may have against CCT Arising under
this agreement and CCT has provided clear guidance on procedures for resolving any grievances. (See above)
Please be advised this right cannot be waived and every student is entitled to pursue, after completion of the schools internal processes,
any grievance with the Office of Career School licensing (603-271-6443), provided the claim is within the scope of Office’s responsibilities
as defined in New Hampshire Code of Administrative Rules, Chapter Hedc 300.

All  refunds shall be paid within 30 days upon written notification from a student of cancellation or withdrawl from a program.
A student will recieve a full refund if they withdraw or are dismissed from the program before the first day of class minus a $50.00
administrative fee.

Other Refunds
CCT shall provide a student with a partial refund of monies paid within 30 days if:
A student  withdraws or is dismissed before 50% of the instruction period shall receive a pro-rata refund based on the hours
participated in class.

A student who withdraws or is dismissed after more than 50% of the instruction period shall receive no refund

Federal Program Refund.
Students receiving benefits from federal programs shall be subject to federal refund policies, rules and regulations.
